What clients can expect
We aim to make investing as simple and straightforward as possible for clients and we're committed to providing them with excellent service.
- If clients choose to deal with us directly, they'll have a dedicated Client Portfolio Manager who's responsible for looking after their portfolio
- Or, if they prefer, we can work closely with their professional adviser
Should your clients decide to allocate a proportion of their assets to Aberdeen Standard Capital to manage, we want to make sure that you understand what services they're paying for. We're only too aware of the impact that costs can have on performance and believe that our simple charging structure differentiates us from many of our peers. We believe in clarity and transparency.
We apply our standard annual management fee on the value of your client's portfolio. This is a clean fee and is charged quarterly, in arrears. There are no initial or exit fees.
We'll send clients regular, personalised reports, which detail their current portfolio valuation, cash and transaction statements, as well as investment performance and investment commentary.
Our Client Portfolio Manager will be available for regular face-to-face review meetings with you and your clients.
We will provide detailed annual reports to assist with the completion of your clients' tax returns.
We'll happily deal with all of the major Self Investment Personal Pension (SIPP) and Offshore Bond providers, and provide ISA options via Standard Life Savings at no extra cost.
