What you can expect as a client
We aim to make investing as simple and straightforward as possible for you, whatever your time horizon and attitude to risk. We're committed to providing you with excellent levels of service and will work very closely with you to understand both your lifestyle and financial goals. You'll have a dedicated Client Portfolio Manager, responsible for looking after your investments.

- Or, we can work closely with your professional advisers. If you prefer, your professional advisers can be your main point of contact
Whatever your preference, you or your professional advisers will always know exactly who your personal Client Portfolio Manager is, and how to contact them.
Should you decide to allocate a proportion of your assets for Aberdeen Standard Capital to manage, we want to make sure that you understand what services you're paying for. We're only too aware of the impact that costs can have on performance and believe that our simple charging structure differentiates us from many of our peers. We believe in clarity and transparency.
We apply our standard annual management fee on the value of your portfolio. This is a clean fee and is charged quarterly, in arrears. There are no initial or exit fees.
Please contact your Client Portfolio Manager, who will provide you with a personal tariff of charges and give you further details.
We'll send you regular, personalised quarterly reports, which detail your current portfolio valuation, cash and transaction statements, as well as investment performance and investment commentary.
Your dedicated Client Portfolio Manager will be available for regular face-to-face review meetings with you and/or your professional advisers.
We'll prepare and include details of your investments to support your tax return.
