Aberdeen Standard Capital appoints new Head of Operations

Aberdeen Standard Capital, the discretionary fund manager, has announced the appointment of Andy Brodie as Head of Operations. Andy, who will be based in London, will manage the Aberdeen Standard Capital operations function and third party suppliers. He will be part of the Leadership Team and report to CEO Richard Charnock.

Having previously worked as a Director with Barclays in the Wealth and Investment Management sector as Head of UK and Western Europe & Global Head of Credit Operations, he also brings with him cross industry experience with O2 and Sky.

Previous Head of Operations, Karen Storie, is now Head of Business Management, responsible for change delivery and a range of strategic transformation projects at Aberdeen Standard Capital.
